Placing your order

With our easy ordering system you can preview the baby shower invitation before proceeding with the order.

Please note that personalization is made for preview only. After you place your order, one of our professional team members will manually adjust the alignment of your text if needed.

After the payment is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Making changes to your order

You can log in to your account to make any changes to your order. You can only make changes to your order while the status of the order is Pending. Once the order goes to our printing department and the status of the order is Printing, no changes can be made at this point.

Fortune Baby accepts the following methods of payment: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, PayPal, Check or Money Order.

Fortunebaby.com is housed on a secure server. Our top priority is making sure that the information you transmit to us via this website remains protected. FortuneBaby.com protects your online order information by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Shipping Methods

All orders in USA are shipped through UPS.

FortuneBaby offers the following shipping options:

• Ground: Delivery in 4-5 business days to most cities
• 2nd Day: Delivery in 2 business days to most cities
• Overnight: Delivery the next business day to most cities

For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only.

International orders are not accepted at this time.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct and complete.

We will ship out the product in 2-3 business days after the order has been received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation of your order with the shipping date and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Sales Tax

We are located in the state of California. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.25% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

Returns and Cancellations

Although we are confident that you will be happy with our product, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please note our return policy below.

Blank Baby Shower cards: We will gladly accept a return or exchange for blank baby shower cards order. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order for Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will not accept any returns without an RA number.
Personalized cards: Due to the nature of personalization, we cannot accept any return or exchanges on personalized cards unless it was an error on our part. In that case, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within one week of receiving your order for a return authorization number and further return instructions.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before the order goes to printing. You can always check the status of your order by logging in. Please note that there is a $15 cancellation fee. We cannot cancel any orders after they have already gone to printing.
